Williett Jones

Williett Jones was born April 16,1939 in Blytheville, Arkansas, to Williett Jones (Dec) and Mary Lee Williams (Dec). He was raised by his Godparents but later relocated with his mother.

Williett (Willie, Tyrone) Jones was a pleasant, strong man. He could make you smile and laugh. Everyone knew him as a gentle man. He helped anyone in the neighborhood, on the street. His faith was very strong. No building couldn't sustain his faith, he was a true believer in Christ. He loves to fish, bowl, barbecue on the grill listen, and sing gospel music, preferably quartet. He was a member of Pastor Bennett Church, also a member of New Paradise Baptist Church.

He worked on the farm when he was young. He moved to Michigan and worked for Barts Pontiac and Bosch. He then retired. 

He was preceded in death by brother Sammy Jones, and daughter Tamara Hoskins.

He leaves to cherish his loving wife Emma Gene Parker-Jones Children: Lorette Beard Augusta, GA, Pamela Jones, Willie Jones Jr. Terry Town, LA, Paula (Anthony) Cooper, Ericka Chimeh Milwaukee, WI, Nicole Jones, Michelle Jones, Eric Neeley Kalamazoo, MI Kesha Jones Step Children: Billy Ray (Leaan) White, Lansing, MI, Charles Smith Atlanta, GA, Cassandra(Maurice) Broadway, Katrina (Derrick) Parker-Richardson LaGrange, GA. Shelton (Crystal) Parker Jr. Columbus, GA. Special Friends: William Crockett, Willie Love, Frank Puckett, Willie Newburn. Willie has 26 Grandchildren, 34, Great-grandchildren, and 4 Great-great-grandchildren.

Just to know that he said that he would never fly in an airplane, but he had to ride in a helicopter to another hospital. So, we say that we had the last laugh and were sure to miss you from down here. So, we say goodbye to this world, you're going home to be with your Lord.
