Veronica Bridgeman departed this life on April 26th 2025 at Henry Ford hospital in Detroit, Mi. She was born on July 11th 1963 in Benton Harbor, Mi to Henry Lee Bridgeman and Lonnie Bell Bridgeman. Veronica was the tenth born child of thirteen children. She graduated from Benton Harbor High School in 1981. After high school she attended Jordan College and graduated in general studies. She then begin a career in health care, where she worked as a certified nursing assistant for 13 years. Veronica was the mother of five children, whom she loved dearly. She enjoyed gardening, dancing and spending time with her grandchildren. She also loved caring for her dogs Cane and Bandit. Veronica was remarried to Jerry Kimble in 2021. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, aunt and cousin. She will be dearly missed by all those who had the pleasure to know and love her.
She leaves to mourn her husband Jerry Kimble of Benton Harbor, Mi. Four children; Nickiua Bridgeman of Lansing, MI, Deon Bridgeman of Barderville, Ok, Solona Bridgeman of Grand Rapids, Mi, and Markesha Bridgeman of Benton Harbor, Mi. Six siblings; Diane Bridgeman, Mattie Bridgeman, Melvin Bridgeman, and Steve Bridgeman all of Benton Harbor, Mi. Eugene Bridgeman of Chattanooga, TN and Drew(Darlene)Bridgeman of Dayton, Ohio. Eleven grandchildren, one Aunt Connie Humbles, favorite niece Corliss Burchum, Best friend Charlene Hudson, two special friends Mark Barnes and Robert Jackson and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
She was proceeded in death by both her parents, one son Jimmy Bridgeman, five sisters; Carla Alexander, Barbara Sims, Kimberly Bridgeman, Darlene Sesson, and Corrine Bridgeman. Two brothers Dennis Bridgeman and Kevin Lauderdale. One nephew John Bridgeman, one great nephew Ronnie Adams, one great niece Corrina Henry.
