Thomas Wayne Crumble

“Peace I Leave With You, My Peace I give unto you.” John 14:1

On September 8, 1947, Thomas Wayne Crumble was born to the union of Louie and Laverne (Thomas) Crumble in Clinton, Kentucky.    He was called suddenly into eternity on Monday, October 7, 2024, at his home.

He was united in matrimony to Shirley Bowman in 1985.  His employment life included:   10 years at Auto Specialties, 17 years at Michigan Fruit; and 15 years at Chassix until his retirement in 2017 as a Maintenance Mechanic.   A very quiet and “keep to myself” person…. he thoroughly enjoyed hunting, fishing, cooking and bar-b-queuing for his grandchildren. 

Fond memories will forever be in the hearts of his loving wife, Shirley;  4 daughters:  Cheryl (Daryl) Jones, Mississippi,  LaTona Crumble, Benton Harbor, Rochel Myrick, Stevensville, MI, and Tonya Bowman-Ferguson of Grand Rapids, MI;  3 sons:  Maurice Bowman, Omshanti Bowman,  and Kevin Bowman of Grand Rapids, MI;  14 grandchildren, 11 great grand-children, Special people in his life:  a niece, Chari Crumble;  Grandson John Jones; a grand-daughter Johneisha Jones, God-daughter, Melissa Turner;  and a host of nieces and nephews. 

Thomas was proceeded in death by his parents, Louie and LaVerne Crumble; His Father, Louis Crumble sisters, Beverly Crumble, and Linda Robinson.
