Tesla M. Garmong

Tesla Marie Garmong passed away unexpectedly on January 22, 2023 in Niles, Michigan. Tesla  was born July 9th, 1995 in Humble, Texas to the late Daniel Garmong and Angie Speck. 
She began her life in Splendora, Texas. She enjoyed being outside with her siblings, friends, and several animals that her family owned. Her father blessed her with three brothers Dan Lafferty, Jeremy Lafferty, and Blaine Karalis, before he married Tesla’s mother. After separating from Tesla’s dad, Angie moved north with her four daughters Tesla Garmong, Brittany Garmong, Angela Williams, and Hannah McDonald. Their family then grew by two, a bonus father, Bruce Moore, and bonus sister, Alexandra Moore who joined the family. Tesla's mom would describe her as a happy baby growing up. She would say Tesla made friends everywhere she went and whatever she did. Tesla had a big heart and loved her friends and family. But her biggest pride came from her two children; Levi (6) and Luna (4). She would always talk about them and how incredible and respectful they are. They were her biggest blessings in her life. Her big heart and beautiful smile will always be missed by her family and friends. She is survived by her son, Levi Benjamin, and her daughter, Luna Mae, her parent’s, Bruce Moore and Angie Speck;: her brothers, Daniel (Kailey) Lafferty, Jeremy (Jessica) Lafferty, and Blaine Karalis; her sisters, Alexandra Moore, Brittany Garmong, Angela (Joseph) Williams, and Hannah (Corbin) McDonald. She leaves behind several nieces and nephews who called her Aunt Tee Tee, and she loved being around them, as they loved being around her. She leaves behind a big extended family and many incredible friends. who will never forget her. The family wants to extend their gratitude to all of her friends and family who reached out and helped with prayer, and donations to make all of this possible. We really could not have done this without all of you, and our family is forever grateful.
