Tamara L. Jude

Tamara “Tammy” Lynn Jude, 61, of Benton Harbor departed this life Dec. 16, 2024. 

Tammy was born July 28, 1963, to Easter Jude and Robert Nevills Sr. She was a beloved daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend to many and will be missed so much by all who knew her. Tammy deeply enjoyed family time, playing cards and listening to music. Her big heart, feisty attitude and outgoing adventurous spirit will truly be missed. May her soul rest in eternal peace.

Tammy leaves to cherish her memory her daughters: Naquisha Jude-Williams (Fred Williams), Brittany Jude, Curmara Bolton and Tonia Horston-Smith; son, Rudy Johnson; five granddaughters, four grandsons and one great-granddaughter; siblings: Robert Towns ( Debra Towns), Dwayne Jude, Murline Jude, Regina Jude, Charles Jude Sr., Renita Wells, Shelitha Nevills, Tonja Nevills, Robert Nevills Jr,. Vernon Nevills, Michael Nevills and Gary Nevills; god-sister, Litha(Velma) Campbell; god-brother, Anthony Cloy; and host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Tammy is preceded in death by her mother, Easter Jude; father, Robert Nevills Sr.; brothers: Jesse Jude Jr., Clyde Townes and Dwight Wells; sisters: Lauretta Nevills and Vanessa Nevills; and special friend, Evelyn Anthony.
