Stacy Ann (Krause) Jones

Stacy Jones, of Benton Harbor, died unexpectedly on August 6, 2023. The family is deeply saddened and shocked by her sudden death. Stacy was born on December 27, 1985, in Berrien Springs, MI, and lived in Benton Harbor for most of her life.

Stacy was the owner and operator of Pretty Princess Gems, a Paparazzi Consultant, bringing beauty wherever she could. She was excited to have her own business and was aspiring to complete her GED at Lake Michigan College. Stacy valued education and the empowerment of others; and she led by example, never giving up.

Stacy believed in prayer and loved God. As a child, she always wanted to go to church with her grandma, Betty Hand. Stacy was also the longest-standing member of Harbor of Hope (HOH) SDA Church. She loved her family, her church, and her community. She was passionately involved at HOH, volunteering wherever she could namely, the Food Pantry, Rise Up Queens, and the outreach initiatives in Benton Harbor, like Operation Safe Space. Everyone who knew Stacy knew how special she was.

Stacy is survived by her husband, Anthony Jones Sr., her son, Anthony Jones Jr., her mother, Janet Hand, her siblings, Brandon Krause, Crystal Krause, Jamie Krause, Stephanie Hoyt, and Elizabeth Casey, a host of nieces and nephews, extended family, and friends. We will miss her more than words can say.
