Shamareon Theodore (“SuSu”) Viverette

 It is with great sadness that the Viverette and Burton families announce their passing of Shamareon Theordore Viverette. Shamareon, was born on Wednesday, November 29th, 2002, in Benton Harbor MI to the parents of Glen Burton and Carleasia Viverette.

Shamareon’s original nickname was ‘Tuddha’; ‘Redman’ during adolescence, and later he nicknamed himself ‘SuSu’. SuSu was 20 years old. SuSu had a good “old” soul that was upbeat yet laid-back. His favorite colors were red and yellow (depending on who you ask). He was very playful and outgoing. Shamareon played the drums, sang in the gospel group choir, and was baptized at St. Matthews church. Shamareon attended Benton Harbor High School and Dream Academy during his high school years. He worked with Grandaddy Dennis putting up tents and bounce houses during the summer. Shamareon achieved his goal of attaining his license and was working on his CDLs. One of his proudest moments was the birth of his late daughter, Sekani Viverette. Shamareon went to be with the Heavenly Father and departed this life on April 17, 2023.
