Peggy Young Obituary

Peggy Ann Young, 80, of Indianapolis, formerly of Benton Harbor, departed this life April 26, 2020, at Ascension St. Vincent Hospital, Indianapolis.

Peggy was born Nov. 11, 1939, in Brownsville, Tenn., to Carry and Earline Brummett. Peggy worked at Potlatch Corporation as a factory line worker and a nursing assistant at Mercy Hospital

She enjoyed watching wrestling matches, going to the movies, and especially family barbecues.

Peggy leaves to cherish her memory, her daughters: Peggy F. Young, Diane M. Young, Earline D. Young, Toshua L. Young, and Betty A. Simpson; sons, Andrew L. Young and Ricky Young; brother, Willie Brummett; and a host of grandchildren, family, and friends.

Peggy is preceded in death by her parents; son, Harry E. Simpson; sister, Louise Manns; and brother, Frank Brummett, and grandchildren Angela Young, Jamar Taylor.
