Patricia Gentry

Patricia Gentry, 63 of Benton Harbor Michigan, departed this life on Tuesday, August 11, 2020.  

She retired from over 30 years of service to an industrial rubber company.

She loved children and started to work at Benton Harbor charter school. She was known as Mama “G”.  Patricia was a beautiful, hard worker who loved her children. She cared for and nurtured a lot of people. She was a blessed woman, an awesome cook, entrepreneur, and a free spirit

Patricia is survived by her longtime companion Charles Peoples, four children Atwood Wynn (Ashley), Willie Wynn (Peaches), John Gentry Jr, Ann Marie Gentry. Six grandchildren Treyvonta’e Wynn, Ednisha Wynn, Jeremiah Quick, Atwood Wynn Jr, and A’rmoni Hubbard. One great-grandson son Cariter Harris. One brother William Doeloney, Two sisters Helen Johnson, and Teresa Wynn-Hill. She retired from over 30 years of service to an industrial rubber company. She loved children and started to work at Benton Harbor charter school. She was known as Mama “G”.  Patricia was a beautiful, hard worker who loved her children. 

She was preceded in death by her late husband John Gentry.
