Monique Latoya (Palmer) Rice

Monique Rice was born September 8, 1980 to the union of Gloria Palmer and Bobbie Davis Sr. in Benton Harbor, MI.

Monique was a proud graduate of Benton Harbor High School Class of 1998.  Where she enjoyed her peers and was a member of the Mighty Tiger Marching Band clarinet section.

Monique was loved by all and she enjoyed cooking for her family and friends.  Monique never met a stranger and would help anyone in need. Monique married the love of her life Starsky Rice and to this union a beautiful bouncing baby boy named O’Neal Rice would seal the lock to her heart.

On January 29, 2021 God called her home to rest. She will forever reside in our hearts and we will continue to keep her memory alive by loving on her son O’Neal and each other as God shall see fit.

Monique leaves behind her beautiful mother Gloria Palmer, her loving adoring husband Starsky Rice, her handsome son O’Neal Rice, one sister Gladys Palmer and two brothers Demettries Palmer and Bobbie Davis III.

Along with a  host of special nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, friends and in-laws. She was proceeded in death by her father Bobbie Davis Sr., her brother Antonio Palmer and grandmother Annie Palmer.
