Michelle Denise Nance was born to Willie E. Nance and Idella Ewell Nance on July 5, 1966 at 5:38 pm at Memorial Hospital in Saint Joseph, Michigan.
Michelle was raised in Benton Harbor, Michigan. She was a bright and exceptional child always looking toward a brighter future. She was educated in the Benton Harbor School System. Michelle graduated in June 1984. She then joined the United State Army and served her country for eight years. After leaving the Army Michelle joined the United States Reserve. She then moved forward in working for them as a civilian.
Michelle worked for Allentown, PA Correctional Center until she became ill. Michelle accepted Christ and was baptized in 2014 under the leadership of Pastor Rodney Gulley.
Michelle was a loving mother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend who enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She loved helping people in need and often times Michelle would give them her last.
Michelle was a great interior decorator. She loved to go bowling and was great at it. She enjoyed a nice bowl of ice cream each evening with her mother. Michelle love to find a nice tranquil place to read a good book. She enjoyed traveling with family and friends.
Michelle was preceded in death by her father, Willie E. Nance, her daughter Eniya Joi Nance-Frison, her grandmothers Martha Ann Ewell and Beatrice James. Her aunts Mary Ann Ewell and Jimmie Lee James. Her uncles, Corenell, Willie, Lennel, L.C, Otis Dean and Lonnie Ewell. Uncle Leon and J.L. James.
Michelle leaves to cherish her memory her mother Idella Ewell-Nance, her fiancé Stevie Viel, her son Isiah Frison, her sisters Raquel (John) Robinson, Melissa D. Nance and Tiffany Ann Nance. Sister-in-law Zina
