Maxine Miller

Maxine Miller, daughter of the late Willie and Lula Mae Hill was born June 15, 1961, in Dundee, Mississippi. She later moved to Michigan during her childhood with her beloved parents and siblings Lula Mae, Louvina Hill, and Willie Lamont Hill. Maxine attended Benton Harbor Area Schools and later worked at Coloma Frozen Foods for many years. Even after years of hard work Maxine continued to incorporate the things she enjoyed such as dancing, singing, partying, watching the westerns, and lastly church. Maxine departed this life on Monday, December 4, 2023, at the age of 62. Her beautiful life will forever be cherished in the lives of her sisters, Lula Mae Hill, and Louvina Hill; her brother, Willie Lamont Hill of Chicago Illinois; her longtime companion, Anthony Parson; her family of love, her mother-in-law, Shirley Wilkins; sisters and brothers, Joy Leonard, Diana (Rupinder) Singh, Cheryl Parson, Mechelle Parson, Marvin Parson, Lanelle Parson, John Parson, Cedric Parson, James Parson; her Godson, Joshua Parson and a host of nieces, nephews.

She was preceded in death by both of her parents, Willie and Lula Mae Hill and her nephew Ronday “Lil Ron” Hill.
