Our dear beloved Linda Fleming of Benton Harbor, Michigan departed this life on November 4, 2020. Linda was born November 4, 1943, in Brent, Alabama to Tom and Lou Bertha Wright. Linda grew up in Alabama, and moved to Boston, MA.
Linda eventually decided to settle in Benton Harbor, MI where she became a member of Greater Grace under the leadership of Bishop Elder George Dewberry, where she faithfully and humbly served ministering the gospel of Jesus Christ. She counseled and prayed for many sharing wisdom and words of encouragement along the way.
Linda had a special gift of healing and compassion for others, she retired as a private nurse's assistant from Lakeland Medical Center. Linda instilled the importance of God, Family, and Faith in all of her children. She touched the lives of many, and she will forever be remembered in our hearts.
Linda is survived by sons Roscoe and Kenneth Fleming, daughters Oleacha and Andrea Fleming, grandchildren: Etori Hughes, Tamica Branscumb, Aletha Braxton, Tamara Fleming, Roscoe Fleming Jr, Javarius Jones-Branscumb, Jermaine Bland, William Lunzy Jr, Jasmine Branscumb, Jordan Branscumb, Zion Jefferson and great-great-grandchildren Jaxon Evans and Varrie Jones. One Brother Otis Bryant.
She was preceded in death by (brothers) Tom Wright Jr, Robert Bryant, John Bryant, (parents) Tom/Lou Bertha, (nephew) Timothy Morris, (granddaughter) Erika Fleming, and (sister) Diane Cornelius.
