On March 21, 2026 at 7:15 am The Lord looked down in love and grace, And gently called His daughter home, to rest in His eternal embrace. Leonora was a woman of unwavering faith, A mother, a wife, a guiding light standing strong through every storm, Never complaining, choosing God’s might.
For 23 beautiful years she stood beside Her loving husband, Nathan Smith, building a life rooted in love, A bond blessed and divinely aligned. Her legacy lives through her daughters: Kenisha Whitelow, Iesha Langley, Jessica Crum, Whose lives reflect her strength, her grace, and the love she so freely gave. Her “Mema babies” were her joy, her pride, Nakyilah Perry, Nakyjiea Perry, Nakija Perry Jr., Sylvester Langley III, Savannah Langley, James Crum III And her great-grandbabies, Alaia Perry and Amai James, Carrying forward her love through generations.
She was a sister, a pillar, a friend Lamont Williams, Claire Pargo, Samuel Williams, And a cherished aunt to many nieces and nephews. Known as “Coach Me Me,” She poured into young lives with passion and purpose, Teaching not just basketball, But discipline, strength, and heart. From the courts of her youth as a proud Class of 1989 graduate, to her years of service at Berrien Homes Where she faithfully worked for over 20 years as Office Manager, After earning her degree from Lake Michigan College She served her community with excellence and pride.
She faithfully served in ministry, working on the media team with care, At World Embassy International Christian Center, Spreading God’s message far and near. Under the leadership of Bishop Andre Golliday and Dr. Pamela Golliday, She is preceded in death by her beloved parents, Reverend Jessie Lee Williams and Clory Mae Williams, Her sibling Elmer Lester Williams Sr., And a host of loved ones before her, She now rejoices with them in glory.
