Juan Dante' Woodard II

Juan Woodard II, 21 of Atlanta, GA formerly of Benton Harbor set course on a new role of the lords calling and transitioned peacefully after a long and strong battle of his illness on May 26, 2026. 

Juan is known as an loving, caring, funny, respectful and stubborn young man. He was always a protector and provider for his mother, sister, and nephews. 

Juan attended Eau Claire elementary and later transferred to Benton Harbor middle and high school to graduate as a Tiger with his Class of 2023.  He always dreamed of having his own dog breeding business. He put his dream into motion when he purchased his first American XL bully. And named her Rayn. 

From son to brother and uncle. Juan uplifted and loved those he encountered. He was always a stand-up young man. He leaves behind his mother, Evelyn Wilburn, sister, Thai Martin, sister, Nydra Johnson, nephew, Blhaik Martin, nephew, Quadir Brown, nephew, Ryver Canizares, favorite auntie, Kimberly Pratcher, favorite uncles, Marquiso and Daniel Potts Jr., his cousin, Dylan Watkins who he loved dearly like a brother, childhood best friends, Boogie and TJ, his grandmother, Patricia Woodard, father, Juan Woodard, a host of great aunts, aunties, great uncles, cousins, and classmates. 

Juan is proceeded in death by his great grandparents Laura and L.C Potts, Reola and Sherman Goodloe, grandparents, Shirley Wilburn and L.C Potts, Great aunt, Irene Potts, Uncles, Antwan Wilburn, Roosevelt Potts, and Torrey Potts.
