Our family is deeply saddened by the sudden passing of Jerry Jamare on May 30, 2022. Jerry was a deeply loved father, brother, and friend. He was born on March 16, 1997, in St. Joseph Michigan to parents Jerry and Eunice Tyson, Sr.
Jerry Jamare attended Loy Norrix High School in Kalamazoo, Michigan. He enjoyed spending quality time with his father …just to talk about life. He loved bowling and making music with his brother and cousins. Jerry Jamare had a charming smile and was a very passionate person with a generous heart. He loved his fiancée Shayonna West deeply and fiercely. Together they were blessed a son, D’Jershawn, and a daughter Jer’Onna. His children were everything to him, and he loved spending every moment loving on them.
Fond memories will always be in the hearts of his fiancée Shayonna West, his son D’Jershawn; his daughter, Jer’Onna Tyson, all of Kalamazoo, MI; His mother: Eunice Tyson; Brother: Jerry (Erica) Pullen of Benton Harbor, MI; Sisters: Laura (Alex) McCullar of Chicago, IL, Brittany (Sauve) Pullen, of Kalamazoo; Nieces: Mariah, Kalyse; Nephews: Alex, DeJerroyon, Suave, and Jayden; A host of loving Aunts and Uncles, and his grandmother Laura Pullen of Rockford, IL.
Jerry Jamare was preceded in death by his father Jerry Tyson; brothers: Jerry Alfonzo and Jerry A. Pullen; Grandparents: Samuel and Dorothy Tyson and John and Willie Mae Toliver; Great grandfather: Alfonso Alford; and grandmother: Virginia Pullen.
