Helen Briggs

Helen Briggs passed away on Friday, February 19, 2021 at the age of 63.  Helen was born April 05, 1957 in Benton Harbor, MI to the union of Charles and Francis Briggs. 

Helen was known to many as the life of the party.  Helen enjoyed music and loved watching television.

Helen always believed in family.  She always provided for her family and was a loving mother and grandmother.

Helen worked for the Benton Harbor Area School district for twenty four (24)  years as a para-professional.

Helen leaves to cherish her memory one and only son, Michael (Monequa) Briggs of Grand Rapids, MI.  Sister Brenda Briggs of Indianapolis, IN., two granddaughters Angel and Alexis both of Benton Harbor, MI., three great grandchildren and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.  Soulmate Ivory Denson of Benton Harbor, MI.

Helen was preceded in death by both of her parents and her sisters Darlene and Hazel Briggs both of Benton Harbor, MI.  As well as her two brothers Walter Briggs of Detroit, MI. and Jerry Briggs of Benton Harbor, MI., and her two brothers Walter Briggs of Detroit, MI., and Jerry Briggs of Benton Harbor, MI.
