Georgia Marie Wilson

Georgia Marie Wilson was born on Saturday, August 25, 1962, to Robert Lee Gray and Sarah Wilson at Mercy Hospital in Benton Harbor Michigan. 

Georgia, affectionately known as Koo Koo attended Benton Harbor area schools and later earned her GED.  Koo Koo, enjoys the company of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren along with any child in the neighborhood who needed a safe and loving environment.  She also enjoyed garage sales bingo and gaming.

Koo Koo was a housekeeper for 8 years at the Boulevard Hotel in Saint Joe and Dawsons manufacturing for 20 years until her health began to decline. 

On Tuesday, June 21, 2022, Koo Koo stepped out of mortality and into eternity, she leaves to cherish her fond memories of one son to Tamarkco Wilson of Benton Harbor, A special friend Irby Osby, One nephew Demond Wilson and one niece Sarah (Dejuan Rimpson).  Her grandchildren Rodrick Sneads, Devontae Jenkins, Demetrius Ellis, Tamarkco Jr, Tamarion Wilson, Matthew Parsons, Terresha Wilson, Ayrianna Ellis, Ivy Boyd, Toni Wade, Tamari Wilson, Amaurei Whiteside, Tamarie’ Wilson, Taylor Wilson.  And 12 great-grandchildren, 8 great-nieces, and 6 great-nephews.

Georgia was preceded in death by her mother and father, One sister Wanda Wilson, One brother Lee Warren Wilson, One grandson Tamarion Dennis Wilson and her son's father Dennis Davis.
