Emma Jean Williams

Emma Jean Williams, 63, passed away on February 13, 2020, at her home in Country View Apts. Emma came to the end of her journey and God welcomes her home into Heaven to rest in his presence.

Emma was born on February 13, 1957, in Benton Harbor, Michigan to the union of the late Curtis and Willie Augusta Williams. She graduated from Benton Harbor High School in 1975 and from Lake Michigan College in 1978. Emma worked at Meijer’s Department store for 10 years until she retired. Emma loved to travel.

Emma is survived by her three sisters, Juanita Williams, Helen Williams and Denise Williams of Benton Harbor, Michigan. Her uncle James (Gladys) Daniel and Aunt Bessie Henderson both of Chicago, and a host of beloved nieces, nephews, and cousins. Special friend Shirley Thomas of Benton Harbor.

Emma was preceded in death by her parents Curtis and Willie Augusta Williams. Sisters Lavonia Annie Davis, Marlene Williams, Charlene Williams, Clara Horton. Brothers Oscar Davis, Huey Davis, Dennis Williams and beloved niece Brittney Williams.
