Edward E. McGee

Edward McGee 67, of Benton Harbor, departed this life on November 17, 2023. 

Edward McGee was born September 21, 1956, in Chicago, IL to the late Henry McGee and Sarah (Council) McGee. Edward enjoyed listening to music, playing basketball, reading, and sharing his time with family and friends.

Edward leaves to cherish his memory eight children, Edward Anderson (Button) Steve Anderson, Chiquitha Cornelius (Chee-chee), Damien McGee Sr., Seniqua McGee, Rasheen Mayfield, Atrice McGee, and Kiara McGee. 37 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, his sister Charlene Brown, and his brother John Earl. A host of family and friends.

Edward was preceded in death by his parents, his grandmother Alice Slaughter, brother Henry McGee Jr. grandson Khi’Yenn McGee, and two sisters Betty Moore and Gloria Council.
