Donald "Duck" Thompson Obituary

Donald Lee Thompson, also known as Duck, 66 of Benton Harbor transitioned on October 27, 2022 in Benton Harbor.

Donald was born on August 21, 1956, to the union of Lillie Mae and Steve Thompson Sr. in Osceola AR. The family later relocated to Benton Harbor where Donald attended Benton Harbor Area Schools.

Surviving are his sons: Jermaine Morris of Kalamazoo and Donald Hall of Rockford, IL; eight grandchildren; sister, Loretta Adih of Laurel, MD; brothers, Steve Thompson Jr of Fairview, GA and Reverend Archie (Delores) Thompson of Lancaster, CA a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

Donald is preceded in death by his parents, Lillie Mae and Steve Thompson Sr.; sister, Dorothy Mae Thompson; brothers, Robert, Oscar and OD Thompson.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
