Obituary

Darius L. Jones, 37, of Benton Harbor was born August 31, 1985, to Pamela Jones and Willie Lee Johnson. 

Darius attended Benton Harbor Area Schools. He also was employed as a maintenance worker at several different jobs. For those who knew Darius, he enjoyed cutting hair Barbecuing, and spending time with family and friends. He also loved to hook up his electronics and listen to his favorite artist Lil Boosie.

Darius leaves to cherish his memory his son, Darius Jones Jr.; step-children, Malik Hall, Resheed Hall, Amir Hall, and Mekhi Hall; his grandparents, Lucille Crockett, Williette and Jean Jones; two sisters, Canya Jones, and Sujuanna (Scotty) Campbell; two brothers, Willie Johnson and Willie Johnson IV; niece, Alexia Jones; nephew, Gregory Lauderdale, Maliek Johnson, Willie Johnson; great-nephew, Maisynn Johnson; his aunts, Paula (Anthony) Cooper, Cassandra (Maurice) Broadway, and Willie Mae Walls; his uncles, Billy (LeAnn) White and Charles (Williette) Jones; special cousin, Lasonya Williams, and Latoria Jones; special friend, Larry McIntosh; and a host of friends and family. 

Darius was preceded in death by his sister, Jalesa Johnson, grandparents, Earvean Johnson and Willie Lee Johnson, and his aunts, Annie Johnson and Linda Johnson.
