Beatrice Foster made her transformation on January 20, 2024, at the age of 86. Beatrice was a social butterfly who had a welcoming positive attitude with a million-dollar smile.
Beatrice was the thirteenth of fourteen children born to Will and Annie Mae Brent in Forrest City Arkansas on September 08, 1937. The Brent family later moved from Arkansas to Benton Harbor Michigan. She attended Stump Elementary and Benton Harbor High School of Berrien County in Benton Harbor, Michigan.
Beatrice E. Brent met Jessie White in Benton Harbor Michigan where their relationship developed and they were united in holy matrimony by Reverend Daniel E. Cook on December 6, 1953. From this union, they had Curry White.
Beatrice met Alan Foster in Chicago Illinois and were united in holy matrimony on November 9, 1974. They were happily united for 19 years until he passed. Beatrice retired as office manager at Avis car rental where she worked for many years. After retiring from Avis, Beatrice along with her husband Alan successfully owned and managed their real estate business in Chicago Illinois.
Beatrice was preceded in death by her parents Will Brent and Annie Mae Foreman Brent, her son Curry White, her husband Alan Foster, her siblings; Annabelle, Willie B., Stella, Rosemary, Audrey, Allonia, Allena, Flora, David, Katie, Osie, Jesse, Charles Brent.
She leaves to cherish her memories a host of nieces and nephews, many great nieces and nephews great great nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be Saturday, January 27, 2024, at 10:00 am at Robbins Brothers Funeral Home of Benton Harbor MI. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, January 27th, 2020 at Robbins Brothers Funeral Home and will be live streamed on the funeral home’s website at 11:00 am with James O. Childs eulogizing and officiating. Beatrice will be laid to rest at North Shore Memories Cemetery.
