Ara Montgomery Obituary

Ara Montgomery was born on October 25, 1939, to Phil Montgomery and Iria Turner in Tupelo, Mississippi.

On September 19, 2020, she was called to the heavenly gates to receive her wings. Ara loved to go fishing, cooking, quilting, crossword puzzles, and spending quality time with family.

Ara leaves behind precious memories with daughter Vireinecco Montgomery grandsons Jareall Montgomery, Otis Cornelius, Jermaine Strong, (great-granddaughter Idasha Young great-granddaughter KeyMyra Montgomery great-grandson Jayden Strong. Brother John M Turner-Bey, son-in-law Charles McElroy Granddaughter in-laws Lashira Montgomery and Samantha Meegan.

A host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sisters, and brothers.
