Alfreda M. Morgan

Alfreda Morgan and her twin sister, the late, Beverly Morgan was born on February 14, 1980, in Berrien Springs, MI to the union of Alfred Morgan and Edwenia Morgan. Alfreda passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 19, 2025 at her home.

Alfreda accepted Christ at an early age at St. Matthew’s M.B.C. under the leadership of Rev. Eddie Wright. She graduated from Benton Harbor High School in 1988 and furthered her education at Baker College in Muskegon, MI. Alfreda and Beverly later moved to Indianapolis, IN. Alfreda had a loving heart and was noted for her giving spirit. She was employed at Whirlpool Corp. in Benton Harbor.

Alfreda leaves precious memories with, her loving mother, Edwenia Morgan; sister: Daisha Morgan; aunts: Brenda (Jeff) Cooper of Milwaukee, WI, Angela Haynes of Austin, TX, Cathy Yancey Brister-Bowers, Auston, TX, Brookie Brister, Houston, TX, Nellie (Chauncy) Dillion Tylertown, MS and Claudia Brister; uncles: Odell Brister of Benton Harbor, Bobby Brister and Billy (Kristie) Brister of Houston, TX; a host of cousins, family and friends.

Alfreda is preceded in death by her father, Alfred Morgan; twin sister, Beverly Ann Morgan; grandparents, Tyree Sr. and Julie Brister; aunt, Alice McClendon; uncles Mac McClendon and Tyree Brister Jr.
