Albert L Wade

Albert Lee “Snake” Wade, 66 of Kalamazoo formerly of Benton Harbor went home to be with the Lord on September 26, 2021 at home. 

Albert was February 1, 1955 in Tupelo, MS to Etta and Troy. He was employed at Modern Plastic in Benton Harbor. Albert enjoyed fishing, telling jokes, barbecuing, cooking and dressing up. He loved his sister Zelma dearly and although he gave them a hard time, he cherished his nieces and nephews as well. Through it all Albert had a good heart.

Albert leaves to cherish his memory, his sister, Zelma Wade of Kalamazoo, MI; brother, James Wade of Chicago, IL; a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, family and friends. A special thank you to Bertha King for all her help during this difficult time. 

Albert is preceded in death by his parents, Etta and Troy Wade; grandmother, Margaret “Moan” Hatchett, who helped raise him; sisters, Ann Wade and Grace Blackamore; brothers, Roy “Bud” Wade; nephew, Dereck Wade.
