Adonis Lynell Taylor

Adonis L. Taylor, age 45, of Benton Harbor, MI., departed this life on Monday  February 8, 2021 at Spectrum Lakeland Hospital in St. Joseph, MI.

Adonis was born August 30, 1975 at Mercy Hospital in Benton Harbor, MI., to Mary Anna Taylor and Eli Tom Orr. 

Adonis attended Benton Harbor Area Schools (Class of 1994)  and worked in the factory industry for many years.  Adonis had a huge heart and was a jokester that loved to laugh.

 Adonis enjoyed music and had a passion for cars and spending time with family and friends. Adonis leaves fond memories in the hearts of his (7) seven children, Kieara Pulliam, Adonis Taylor Jr., Angel Taylor, Darrion Taylor, Dameon Taylor, An’Taja Taylor, Amarion Taylor. Nine (9) beautiful grandchildren. 

Adonis is also survived by his siblings: (sisters)  Sandra Kimble,  Brenda Adkins, Beverly Mays, Casandra Green, Mona Green, Tammy Green, Beverly Bird (brothers) Charles Kimble and Keith Kimble. Adonis is also survived by his significant other Ashley Hart.  Along with a host of special aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. 

Adonis was preceded in death by his Grandmother Georgia Adkins, Grandfathers Robert Adkins and Yancy Bolden, Aunts Adi Adkins and Carolyn Jean Adkins and Nephew Marcus Adkins. 

Adonis was cremated per his wishes. 

A memorial service and balloon launch celebrating his life will be on March 19th, 2021 in Benton Harbor, MI.
