Madeline Marie Spinks, 67, heard the Master say "Well done thy good and faithful servant" on September 16, 2017 in Middleton, TN.

Funeral services will be noon, on Thursday, September 28, 2017 Brotherhood of All Nations Church of God in Christ 516 Emery Avenue. Bishop James Atterbery will be officiating. Viewing will be 11am on Thursday, September 28, 2017 at the church until the time of service.

She was born in Middleton, Tennessee on May 12, 1950, she gave her life to Christ as a young girl at New Mount Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church.
 
Madeline graduated from Bolivar High School in Bolivar TN, Madeline moved to Benton Harbor, MI in 1968.  She later married her high school sweetheart, William Ray Spinks and they were married for more than 30 years. 
 
Madeline started working for Bendix in 1972 and retired 2001.  She started doing what she love to do best cooking for everybody and taking care of everyone she could Madeline loved to feed everyone and would truly be missed.  Madeline decided to move back to Middleton, TN to assist in taking care of her parents in 2012.  Madeline started working in the church being on the usher board and being in the Birthday Club at church.
 
We will all miss so many things about Madeline. She leaves to cherish her mother, Annie Pearl Gibbs of Middleton, TN; three sisters, Barbara Ann (Booker) Braggs of Middleton, TN, Cora (Robert) Taylor of Benton Harbor, MI, Patrica Louise Gibbs of Middleton, TN; four brothers, Jessie Ray (Rena) Gibbs of Benton Harbor, MI, Earnest Lee (Alee) Gibbs of Thompson, AZ, Robert Erskin (Angie) Gibbs of Masa, AZ, Bobbie Jan (Henritt) Gibbs of Middleton, TN.  Madeline had three beautiful children William Adonis Spinks of Indianapolis, IN, Tishanda Atoy Spinks of Benton Harbor, MI, O’Shaee Lenear Spinks of Benton Harbor, MI.  Madeline had so many special friends in her life she also had host of nieces nephew, grandchildren, great grandchildren.
 
Madeline preceded in death by her father, Llody L Stiits and stepfather, Jessie Gibbs and her brother Wallace Edwards Gibbs.
