Gregory Jones

Gregory Jones was born to the union of Henry Jones Sr and Bertha M (Lowe) Jones on October 4, 1964, in Benton Harbor, MI.

Gregory confessed Christ at an early age, he was a member of the Saint Mark MB Church under the leadership of the late Rev Coleman Gray, the late Rev John L Price and the present Rev. Donald E Green Sr. In 1994 Greg married the love of his life Hope (Williams) Jones. Together they shared 5 children and 9 grandchildren. Gregory enjoyed the company of his friends, long walks with his wife, movies and spending time with his family. His grandchildren meant the world to him, but most of all he enjoyed making people laugh.

Gregory Jones 54 of Benton Harbor departed this life on September 20, 2019, in the comfort of his home.

He leaves to rejoice in his memory his wife; Hope Jones 3 daughters Jasmine Miles, Michelle Jones, and Andrianna Jones. 1 son Joshua Jones. 9 grandchildren Chance, Char, Dymond, Lashell, Marlin, Money, Darien, Demetrius, and Mario. Brothers Jeremey L Jones, Tommy Powell, and Henry Jones Jr. Sisters Brenda Jones Joyce Perkins, Evelyn Rufus, Janet Butler, Tammy Parker, Shanta (David) Beard, and Roxanne (Edwin) Perkins. A host of nieces’, nephews’ cousins, and friends. A special friend nephew Terri L Brooks.

He was proceeded in death by father Henry Jones Sr. son Gregory D Jones and a special brother-in-law Edward L Perkins and a special cousin Ron Glover.
