Camilius “CC” J. Thompson, lll, 59, favorably known as “CC”, passed away January 7th, 2020 in Grand Rapids, MI.  CC was born May 2nd, 1960 in Berrien Springs, MI to Camilius J. Thompson, Jr. and Dorothy (Delaney) Thompson

CC enjoyed life; he enjoyed watching WWE and shooting pool. He also enjoyed building and working on bicycles but most of all, he took great satisfaction in being with his children, family, and friends.   He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

CC is survived by his children; daughter Sheneca Mosby and son Camilious Thompson, IV; grandchildren Ke-Arrie Johnson and Kevin Johnson, Jr.; his mother Dorothy Thompson of Grand Rapids, MI; his sisters Wanda Thompson of Grand Rapids, Sheralene Anderson of Indianapolis, IN, Shannon Anderson of South Bend, IN; his brother Tony Thompson of Kalamazoo, MI; his aunts Portia Jones, Ida Holton, Barbara Whitfield, Elizabeth Delaney and Rita Delaney of Benton Harbor, Margaret Thompson of Phoenix, AZ and Mildred Corhn of Kalamazoo, MI; uncle Elgie Delaney of Chicago, ILL; girlfriend Veronica Johnson; good friend  Rodger Miller and a host of relatives and friends

He was preceded in death by his father Camilus Thompson, Jr; grandparents Camilus, Sr and Lebrelia Thompson, Frank and Virgie Delaney; uncles L C Thompson, Henry Thompson, Sam Thompson, Bobby Joe Thompson, James Delaney, Verdean Delaney, and Raymond Delaney; aunts Virsie Shepherd and Lima Delaney
