I wanhted to let you know how pleased we were regarding the excellent service we received by Robbins Brothers.

From the moment we walked in the door, we were promplty greeted, and made to feel welcomed by Kenya. Throughout the entire process, she stayed in contact with us, answered questions, and comforted us for the final viewing. She even paid attention to the smallest details, such as having kleenex available. Her outstanding service was invaluable!

Though we were inexperienced in makeing funeral arrangements, Randy's professionalism, knowledge and genuine concern for our family put us at ease. He patiently walked us through the steps, met our requestes, and- most importantly- he preayed with us.

Lastly, we were very please with the Director Hicks' work on our precious Mom. Her attention to detail was priceless.

This is a hard testimony to write but I would like to extend my gratitude to the staff at Robbins Brother Funeral home. Making preparations to lay my brother (James E Drake) to rest was one of most challenging tasks I've ever had to face and I would like to say you guys made my mission so much easier and stress free. James looked so handsome and I THANK YOU for your services. I appreciate the effort and time that was put into making James's final homegoing immaculate. He said the right words at the right time that help make our transition run smooth,
As some members of the family were taking it harder than others his comforting words came right on time.
Everyone was so caring and concerned for our well- being and they showed it.
Then there was Mrs. Kenya Fields, As I know I personally took her through some serious changes her attitude and calm spirit never changed she was so patient with me and did whatever she could to help me get the job done, Changing this and changing that Kenya was there for us. ( Love you Kenya).

Three years ago March 31, my stuff, friend, lover, and hubby past - the first one I call was Robbins Bros. in which had just been brought by the company I think it was Hicks. But the memorial service was excellent, Belicia, Thomas, and the owner were awesome people to work with; thank you for helping me as I still feel the hurt.

Robbins Funeral Home was so Amazing from the Beginning to the End. They came and picked up my Grandma very quickly, when I'm use to a couple hours or so. NiNi was very organized and was willing to help with anything. I was so amazed by the way my Grandma looked because the Cancer had eaten her alive. I was nervous to see her at first but when I walked in to view her body all I could do is smile. The brought her back to herself she was so Pretty it made me feel at ease. The great team at Robbins Funeral home, had made my great loss a lot less stressful. Right from the jump they reached out to me with condolences and compassion. I never had to plan a memorial for anyone, and at this time I had to. My father, the man I loved the most had gone home to be with the lord. From the very first phone call to inquire about their services, to actually meeting in person, planning, and execution was one of the best I have ever seen. Our loved one suffered cancer and lost over 40 lbs in weight, however the Robbins Brothers team was able to restore his features whereas he looked “just like himself” during the presentation and funeral. They truly have “gifted hands.” Again, Nyika and her team went over and beyond to help our family. It was almost like they were part of our family. The bookmarks, thank you cards, and back panel was a nice touch. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the wonderful staff at a Robbins Brothers Funeral Home with a special thank you to Nyika and her professional attention to detail. Each and every time we spoke with her she was patient and understanding and made us feel as though we were the only grieving family. My mother-in-law died on Friday November 11th after 8am in Southfield, Michigan. My husband called and spoke with Nyika and before 5pm that same evening my mother was back home where she desperately wanted to be. The next day, I attempted to call Robbins Brothers but decided to disconnect the call before it was answered and moments later I received a call from Nyika and she not only talked me through me feelings but also connected me with her business partner to discuss my mother in laws personality in efforts to make sure they prepared her in a fashion that would be reflective most of who she truly was. Being a woman of strong faith I believe the word and know we all will leave here some day. My experience with Robbins Brothers Funeral Home has eased the pain of saying goodbye for now and truly appreciate 2 Corithians 5:8 ..."to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord".
