Marilyn Marie Ricks 63, of Berrien Springs MI, heard the master say, “Well done thy good and faithful servant” and transitioned from earthly labor to her heavenly reward. Legacy celebration will be on Friday October 20th, 2017 at 12 noon, located at the Historic Robbins Brothers Funeral Home.

Marilyn was born on May 31st, 1954 in the great city of Forest City Arkansas, to the Late Mr. Ocie and Maggie Ricks.

Growing up, Marilyn received her formal education in the St. Francis County Independent School District then attended Benton Harbor High School Class of 1972.  Marilyn confessed religion and received Christ at an early age.  Marilyn was a very sweet and soft spoken person, who left a positive lasting impression on everyone that she came in contact with.

She leaves to cherish precious memories: Loving Son, Trojuan Ricks, sisters; Verbina Carter, Barbara Ricks, Mable (Rev. Joe) Bruins and Erma Evans. Brothers, Joel (Maggie) Elliott, Aaron Ricks, Rev. Ulysses Ricks, Ronnie Ricks, and Amos Elliott Jr. and a host of other relatives and friends.
