James Lee Williams, 55, of Benton Harbor, transitioned from this life on May 4, 2017 at Lakeland Medical Center, St. Joseph.

Services will be held Friday May 19, 2017 at Robbins Brothers Funeral Home, 204 S. Fair Ave., Benton Harbor. Visitation at 11:00am and service at 12noon. Burial  will take place at Crystal Springs Cemetery, Benton Harbor.

James Lee Williams was born December 29, 1961 in Duncan, MS to  the union of Jimmie Williams and Charlotte Williams.

James loved fishing, camping, dancing and spending time with his family. He also loved Michael Jackson and his favorite Michael Jackson song was “You Are Not Alone”.

He is survived by his mother, Charlotte Williams; sons, Justin Price and Dwane Price; brother, Freddie Williams; sisters: Nancy Williams, Virginia Williams, Aretha Murphy, Jill May Williams; special friend, Ronald Davis; special brother in law, Henry Pryor; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

James was preceded in death by his father, Jimmie Williams; son, James Lee Williams, Jr., sisters, Mattie Williams and Bertha Pryor; and nephew, Antonio P. Williams.
